Job Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing our social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and branding objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and boosts brand visibility, including graphics, videos, stories, and blog posts.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics to ensure targets are being met; utilizing insights to inform ongoing strategy.
- Managing social media campaigns and paid advertising efforts, optimizing budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, PR, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social media strategy fresh and innovative.
- Building strong relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders to expand reach.
- Actively engaging with our online community, promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation for reputable brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to capture the brand's voice and engage audiences.
- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling graphics and multimedia content.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
